Coaching sessions are in the main carried out on the telephone, and last for approximately one hour. (The first session can take up to two hours). How does Coaching work?
Coaching works on the principle that everyone has the answer to their questions they just don’t know it yet! The process unlocks the power within you to be who you want to be and live the life of your dreams. Coaching session primarily take place on the telephone with a series of questions and exercises designed to help you establish the values and beliefs that make up the person you are at the moment. These values and beliefs can sometimes be the mechanism that holds you back from having your dream. However, with some flexibility you can modify your values and beliefs to empower you to move towards the happiness and fulfilment that you deserve.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a confidential, non judgemental collaborative partnership between client and coach which supports you in taking the action towards the life you want to live. Coaching focuses very much on the future, assessing where you are now and where you want to be. Coaching encourages you to take responsibility for your own life.

Coaching versus therapy?
Coaching is very different to therapy, because therapy deals with issues in the past, while coaching is very much about leaving the past behind and concentrating on the future. Coaching very much encourages clients to take responsibility for their own life, stop blaming others for not having the life they dream of and get on with getting their DREAM.
