on what we consume!
- Wean yourself off processed foods.
- Drink at least 6 glasses of water
per day.
- Walk at lest a mile or two each day.
- Cut down on alcohol.
- Be aware of your posture - walk tall,
shoulders back, stomach in and look
the world right in the eye!

If you have had a bad day in the weight
loss progress forgive yourself.
Stop beating yourself up!
Repeat to yourself as many times as you
need:
"I forgive myself".
This positive affirmation will free you
from the downward negative spiral that
prompts you to eat more and beat yourself
up some more.
Free your self was what you ate really
so bad? If it was would you choose to
eat it again? Was it really nice enough
to wear it?
Let go of blame and free yourself to
reach the weight you want to be and reach
your true potential.

on your own Adrenaline!
Your own adrenaline will make you feel
great release it as often as you can:
Laugh at least 3 minutes each day!
Make love!
Dance to one song with a strong beat
each day!
Anticipate! Expectation gets the butterflies
going in your tummy.

own adrenaline and endorphins ensuring
you feel and look great all day every
day!
